These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rummy Gold platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By creating an account on Rummy Gold you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.
These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Rummy Gold. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Welcome to Rummy Gold. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the complete rules under which Rummy Gold ("we", "us", "the platform") provides its online gaming and sports betting services to registered players in Pakistan. The platform operates at rummygold.biz and all associated mobile and web applications under the Rummy Gold brand.
Rummy Gold is designed specifically for Pakistani players and operates exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Rummy Gold platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where any specific game or promotion has its own supplementary rules, those rules apply in addition to — and do not replace — these Terms.
Rummy Gold is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the Rummy Gold service. This age requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
Rummy Gold reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time during the operation of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended until verification is completed, and any funds held in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.
Rummy Gold is operated for and marketed to players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using an online gaming platform is permitted under the laws of your province and city of residence. Rummy Gold makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from a player using the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.
The following persons are not eligible to register or use Rummy Gold:
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Rummy Gold account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs through your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Rummy Gold support immediately.
Rummy Gold conducts identity verification in accordance with standard KYC practices. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method at any stage. Rummy Gold reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification. Refusal to complete KYC may result in account suspension.
All transactions on Rummy Gold are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Rummy Gold does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Rummy Gold account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. Rummy Gold does not charge any fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking whether any third-party fees apply to your chosen payment method before depositing.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Rummy Gold payments team around the clock. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within 5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Rummy Gold charges no withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount received.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if:
Account balances that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Players will receive email notification before any administrative fee is applied. Rummy Gold will not allow a balance to fall below zero as a result of administrative fees.
Rummy Gold offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and the referral programme. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
The welcome bonus is available to new Rummy Gold players making their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. The current welcome bonus is a 200% deposit match, up to a maximum bonus of Rs 30,000. The welcome bonus is automatically applied to the first qualifying deposit — no promo code is required. The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Players have 30 days from the date of bonus credit to complete the wagering requirement. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within 30 days will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
Recurring bonuses such as the Saturday reload (50% up to Rs 10,000) carry a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount and must be cleared within 7 days of credit. Free spins winnings carry a 10x wagering requirement. Cashback credited under the Cashback Monday promotion carries no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately.
Rummy Gold provides access to casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games, and crash games. All games are provided by certified third-party software developers. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.
All random number generator (RNG) games on Rummy Gold use certified RNG systems that are independently audited. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled environment. Rummy Gold does not intervene in the outcome of any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game title.
In the event of a game or technical malfunction, any bets placed during the period of malfunction will be void and stakes will be returned to the player. Rummy Gold is not liable for any winnings that a player believes they are entitled to as a result of a malfunction. If you experience a game error, contact support immediately with a screenshot and your account details.
Each game displays its minimum and maximum stake values before play begins. Rummy Gold reserves the right to adjust maximum win limits per game, per session, or per day without prior notice. Such limits will be clearly displayed within the game interface or notified to affected players via the account dashboard.
Rummy Gold's sportsbook covers PSL, international cricket, football, and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the following rules. Sports betting markets, odds, and in-play availability are subject to change without notice based on event circumstances.
Bets are settled in accordance with official results as reported by the relevant governing body for each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, Rummy Gold's determination is final. Rummy Gold reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a material error in the stated odds is identified.
If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that sport — for example, cricket matches that do not complete a minimum number of overs may have bets voided and stakes returned. Rummy Gold prohibits any form of match-fixing related betting, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and any co-ordinated account activity aimed at exploiting promotional odds. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these activities will be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
Rummy Gold takes its responsibility to players' wellbeing seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment. It is not a source of income and should never be used as one. Rummy Gold provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rummy Gold and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Rummy Gold reserves the right to take immediate action against accounts involved in any prohibited conduct, including account suspension, balance withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
Rummy Gold reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC documentation, account inactivity, or legal obligations requiring Rummy Gold to act.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting Rummy Gold support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be reviewed. Any real money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard verification check.
If your account has been suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may contact Rummy Gold support at support@rummygold.biz with your account details and a description of the situation. Rummy Gold will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension review, access to the account and its balance may remain restricted.
Rummy Gold provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may occur and will be communicated to players where reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rummy Gold's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Rummy Gold is not liable for: losses arising from internet connectivity problems on the player's side; losses arising from the player's failure to read or understand game rules; tax obligations arising from winnings (players are responsible for their own tax reporting); or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Rummy Gold collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on Rummy Gold, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:
Rummy Gold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — Rummy Gold will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms come into effect.
Your continued use of Rummy Gold following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
